Beth Biggs
Executive Director
Beth joined our team in 2019 with over 11 years experience working with Family Promise of Montgomery. Beth has brought so much to our program and community, serving on the board of our local Continuum of Care (COC), leading the homelessness task force meetings in Baldwin County, and implementing necessary changes to "fill the gaps" for those in need of services in our community.

Jamie Foote
Programs Director
Jamie Foote was hired in April 2012 to provide case management to the families in our IHN and transitional housing program. With her background in service at local area shelters and administrative work in office specializing in crisis management, she holds a passion for helping families through their crises, utilizing a strength-based approach.
Jamie's ideals are not far-fetched from those who volunteer in Baldwin County, "I want to make sure every child has a healthy meal and a safe place to lay their head at night, while also empowering their families to achieve their goals of living in their own home. I believe when we give love to our community, that love spreads throughout."

Charlotte Cox

We are happy to welcome Charlotte to FPBC. Charlotte joined our team in November of 2021, eager to serve our community. She is responsible for coordinating office administrative duties, and has made it her mission to ensure Family Promise of Baldwin County has the resources and tools we need to accomplish our mission, ending homelessness.

Katelyn Stegall
Housing Stability Case Manager
Katelyn Stegall began with Family Promise in April of 2022 and provides services for families in need of rental assistance to move in or remain stably housed. She also assists with resources and referrals as part of our Barriers -to-Bridges Community Services Program. Katelyn is a current student at Troy University and working toward her degree in Social Work. She is also active in the Alabama Air Force National Guard.

Jody Beth Melton
Case Manager for Shelter and Transitional Housing
Welcome, Jody Beth Melton as our newest staff member in April 2023! Jody Beth comes to us from Swift Presbyterian where she provided Pastoral Counseling as the Asst. Pastor. We are truly blessed for her to join our team and utilize her invaluable people skills to serve as our shelter and transitional housing Case Manager! Jody Beth lives in Foley with her husband, Philip, and is knowledgeable of many of the churches we work with and their staff! Please join us in welcoming Jody Beth!
