Beth Biggs

Executive Director

 Beth joined our team in 2019 with over 11 years experience working with Family Promise of Montgomery.  Beth has brought so much to our program and community, serving on the board of our local Continuum of Care (COC), leading the homelessness task force meetings in Baldwin County, and implementing necessary changes to "fill the gaps" for those in need of services in our community.

Estella Lee

Shelter Case Manager

Estella Lee joined Family Promise in August 2023, bringing her passion for making a difference in the lives of families with children experiencing homelessness. Currently pursuing her Master's degree in Social Work at Troy University, Estella is dedicated to leveraging her education and skills to provide impactful case management services.
As a devoted advocate for the community, Estella is actively involved with Make-A-Wish Alabama and Rapahope, embodying her commitment to creating positive change beyond the confines of her professional responsibilities. Her academic pursuit and hands-on experience empower her to address the complex challenges faced by families in crisis.

Brooke Welch

Housing Stability Case Manager

Brooke Welch serves as a Housing Stability Case Manager at Family Promise, where she works to empower families as they overcome barriers and move toward sustainable housing. She received a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies with a Business minor from Auburn University.

 

Brooke is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating lasting impact through service. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys painting, reading, traveling the world, and being a coffee connoisseur.

Boriana Grigorova

Home Ownership Assistance Program Director 

Boriana, aka Bonny, leads Family Promise’s Homebuyer Housing Supportive Services Partnership, managing all aspects of the Homeownership Assistance Program (HAP). She earned her Master of Science in Psychology from the University of South Alabama in 2023.

Bonny has extensive experience working in a trauma-informed capacity with individuals affected by trauma and systemic barriers. She is passionate about helping people relieve distress, restore dignity, and build the skills and confidence to live with empowerment, self-efficacy, and values-aligned meaning.

Outside of work, Bonny enjoys engaging with her spiritual community, spending time with her pets, creating music, and attending live music events.

Charlotte Cox

Director of Development 

Charlotte leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and resource development to ensure our programs are well-supported and sustainable.

 

Since joining the organization in 2021, she's been committed to building meaningful partnerships and securing critical funding to help families move from crisis to stability.

 

Charlotte additionally coordinates volunteer service days, creating hands-on opportunities for community members to support our mission and connect directly with the work we do.
