Beth Biggs

Executive Director

 Beth joined our team in 2019 with over 11 years experience working with Family Promise of Montgomery.  Beth has brought so much to our program and community, serving on the board of our local Continuum of Care (COC), leading the homelessness task force meetings in Baldwin County, and implementing necessary changes to "fill the gaps" for those in need of services in our community.

Charlotte Cox

Administrator

We are happy to welcome Charlotte to FPBC. Charlotte joined our team in November of 2021, eager to serve our community. She is responsible for coordinating office administrative duties, and has made it her mission to ensure Family Promise of Baldwin County has the resources and tools we need to accomplish our mission, ending homelessness.

Katelyn Stegall

Housing Stability Case Manager

Katelyn Stegall began with Family Promise in April of 2022 and provides services for families in need of rental assistance to move in or remain stably housed.  She also assists with resources and referrals as part of our Barriers -to-Bridges Community Services Program.   Katelyn is a current student at Troy University and working toward her degree in Social Work.  She is also active in the Alabama Air Force National Guard.

Estella Lee

Housing Stability Case Manager

Estella Lee joined Family Promise in August 2023, bringing her passion for making a difference in the lives of families with children experiencing homelessness. Currently pursuing her Master's degree in Social Work at Troy University, Estella is dedicated to leveraging her education and skills to provide impactful case management services.
As a devoted advocate for the community, Estella is actively involved with Make-A-Wish Alabama and Rapahope, embodying her commitment to creating positive change beyond the confines of her professional responsibilities. Her academic pursuit and hands-on experience empower her to address the complex challenges faced by families in crisis.

Join Estella in her mission to create lasting impacts and support those on their journey to stability. Together, we can make a difference, one family at a time.

Jamie Foote

Programs Director

After nearly 12 years of dedicated service, Jamie has changed career paths. Jamie held a critical role to the development of many of FPBC's programs. She is still actively involved as a Volunteer.
