Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing is offered on a limited basis. We currently operate three homes on our property. Families may be offered the option to stay in  Transitional Housing program after receiving case management from Family Promise.  This option is only available if there is a current vacancy. Clients in Transitional Housing are required to pay affordable rent, maintain employment, and remain substance free. For more information, contact us or consult your case manager.
